Home My WebLink About99-124 p F CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE May 17, 1.999 RESOLUTION NO. 99-124 MOTION BY Sindt SECONDED BY Ryan RESOLUTION VACATING PORTIONS OF CONSERVATION AND DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN HOMESTEAD CREEK EAST 3RD ADDITION • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the following described conservation and drainage and utility easement vacation, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve the conservation and drainage and utility easement vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following conservation and drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated: (see attached Exhibit A) 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1999.
