RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1999
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY FUND BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, that the following
Surface Water Management Utility Fund Budget is hereby approved and amended for the fiscal
year ended December 31, 1999.

ADJUSTMENT
(1) Remove Lake Marion - Casperson Park Grit Chamber construction cost and
fund this from the Storm Sewer Trunk Fund.

Increase Fund Balance, December 31, 1999 70,000
(2) Add leasing costs associated with leasing the sewer vactor. This share cost
was originally planned to be financed through the Storm Water Trunk Fund.
