RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has unclaimed property held over sixty (60) days,
after which time it may be sold at public auction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lakeville,
Minnesota that the sale of unclaimed property (bicycles) as shown on attached Schedule
A is authorized to be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on Thursday, Apri129
commencing at 6:30PM at the Lakeville Police Department located at 20110 Holyoke
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the Contract with Schlegel Auction Company for auctioneering
and clerking services
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota, the 5th day of April, 1999
