RESOLUTION VACATING A PERMANENT PUBLIC
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded
by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the .following described easement
vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has. determined that it is in the public interest to
approve the easement vacation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following easement situated in Dakota County, Minnesota and
legally described as #ollows is hereby vacated:

2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with
the County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1999.

Easement descriptions to be vacated with the plat of GILB FITZPATRICK ADDITION:
A 10.00 foot easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under -and across the following
described property:
All that part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota
County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 29; thence westerly along the north line of said SE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 a distance of 157.15 feet; thence southerly parallel with the east line of said SE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 a distance of 233.70 feet; thence westerly parallel with the north line of said SE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 a distance of 90.35 feet; thence southerly parallel with the east line of
said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 a distance of 163.93 feet to a point on the north line of the south
.921.10 feet of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 as measured along the east line of said SE l/4 of
NW 1/4; thence easterly parallel with the south line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 a distance
of 247.50 feet to the east line of said SE 1/4 of NW 1/4; thence northerly- along said east
line a distance of 397.24 feet to the point of beginning.

northeast corner of said southeast quarter of the northwest quarter; thence westerly along the
north line of said quarter quarter a distance of 157.15 feet; thence southerly parallel with the

described; thence westerly parallel with the north line of said quarter quarter a distance of
90.35 feet; thence southerly parallel with the east line of said quarter quarter a distance of
