RESOLUTION FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY RIGHT-OF-WAY,
• PONDING, ROADWAY AND TRAILWAY EASEMENT VACATIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice to consider vacating the following
described easements; and
WHEREAS, THE City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The easements being vacated are described in the attached exhibits as listed
below:
EXHIBIT A: Sanitary Sewer and Public Utility (Document No. 558591)
EXHIBIT B: Right-of-way, Ponding, Drainage and Utility (Document No. 1466523)
EXHIBIT C: Roadway, Drainage and Utility (Document No. 1442618)
EXHIBIT D: Trailway, Drainage and. Utility (Document No. 1442620)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.

parcel of land 20.00 feet in width the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 114, .Range 20, Dakota County,
Minnesota, a distance of 50.86 feet North from the Southwest corner of said North
