HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-202 • (Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) City Of Lakeville RESOLUTION Date: September 7, 1999 Resolution No. 99-202 Motion by Luick Seconded by Mulvihill RESOLUTION FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY RIGHT-OF-WAY, • PONDING, ROADWAY AND TRAILWAY EASEMENT VACATIONS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice to consider vacating the following described easements; and WHEREAS, THE City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate said easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The easements being vacated are described in the attached exhibits as listed below: EXHIBIT A: Sanitary Sewer and Public Utility (Document No. 558591) EXHIBIT B: Right-of-way, Ponding, Drainage and Utility (Document No. 1466523) EXHIBIT C: Roadway, Drainage and Utility (Document No. 1442618) EXHIBIT D: Trailway, Drainage and. Utility (Document No. 1442620) 2.
