RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION
WHEREAS, The City of Lakeville accepts donations from organizations and
individuals to enhance the delivery of the Police Drug Abuse Resistance Education
(D.A.R.E.) Program; and
WHEREAS, the Rotation Dynamics Corporation (dba Rotadyne) has offered to
donate $100.00 to the City of Lakeville for use in the D.A.R.E. Program; and
WHEREAS, The Lakeville Police Department would like to accept this generous
donation for use within the D.A.R.E. Program; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 re uires that all ifts and donations of

real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the
governing body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Lakeville accepts this donation from the Rotation Dynamics Corporation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville and the Police
Department sincerely thanks this organization for their generous donation.
