RESOLUTION FOR VACATION OF A DRAINAGE. UTILITY
t AND ROADWAY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded
by two weeks published notice, to consider vacating a portion of an existing drainage,
utility and roadway easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate this drainage, utility and roadway easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following drainage, utility and roadway easement is hereby vacaxed:
(SEE ATTACHED DESCRIPTION)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
County Recorder.

Dakota County, Minnesota:
A drainage and utility easement 10 feet wide adjoining the north, west and south boundary
lines of the parcel described herein as Parcel One, and adjoining and westerly of aline 60
feet westerly of the center line of Dodd Boulevard as constructed, said 60 feet being
measured radially to said center line:
Parcel One: The South 365.00 feet of the East 302.00 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW t/4
aad the South 365.00 feet of that part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1!4 lying westerly of
Dodd Boulevard, in Section l 7, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County,'.~riinnesota;
Together with an easement for public roadway purposes Duct, under and across the north 75
felt of the following described parcel:
That part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying westerly of the centerline of Dodd
Boulevard as construcud and that part of the NVv 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying east of the
west 663.00 feet thereof; all in Section 17, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County,
Minnesota;
Together with an easement for public road purposes over, under and across part of the NW
1 /4 of the S W 1!4 and part of the E 1 /2 of the S W 1/4 lying westerly of Dodd Boulevard, in
Section 17, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows:
.4 strip of land 60 feet wide, bounded on the north by the north line of said E 1/2 of the
S W 1/4 and bounded on the south by the south line of the N 1/2 of the S W 114 and
lying westerly of and adjoining the center line of Dodd Boulevard, said 60 feet being
measured radially to the center tine of said Dodd Boulevard;

referred to hereinafter as the Subject Parcel:

Dakota County, Minnesota, except the South 365.00 feet of the East 302 feet of said
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, according to the United States Government
Survey thereof; together with:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 114,
Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota lying West of Dodd Boulevard except the South
365.00 feet thereof, according to the United States Government Survey thereof;
BEING ALL OF THE EASEMENTS conveyed by said Document No. 1355306 which are
contained within said Subject Parcel.
