HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-019 CITY OF LAKEVILLE • RESOLUTION Date February 17, 1998 Resolution 98-19 Motion By Ryan Seconded By Holberg RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1998 TRAIL DEDICATION FUND BUDGET, AUTHORIZE TRANSFERRING TRAIL ESCROWS TO THE TRAIL DEDICATION FUND, AND AUTHORIZE COMBINING THE PARK AND TRAIL DEDICATION FUNDS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1999. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, that the following Trail Dedication Fund Budget is hereby approved and adopted for the fiscal .year ending December 31, 1998. Trail -School Trail 1,000 Town & Country, Jaguar Avenue: 162nd Street - 165th Street 6,000 94-1 Hwy 50 Lighting: 202nd Street - 205th Street 6,000 Interpretive trail signs 2,500 Klamath Trail Phase III 75,000 Highview: Hearthside - 160th Street 22;000 Total Expenditures 278,318 Net Increase/(Decrease) (173,460) Fund Balance January 1, 177,533 • Fund Balance December 31, 4.073 Continued Continued r BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the escrow funds and accrued interest earnings for Highview Avenue Trails which were received from Creekview estates, Interlachen Glen, Tarry Creek, and Zweber 1st Addition are hereby authorized to be transferred to the Trail Dedication Fund, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lakeville Finance Director and Parks and Recreation Director are authorized to combine the Park Dedication and Trail Dedication Funds effective January 1, 1999.
