RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
CSAH 70 UTILITY EXTENSIONS
CITY OF LAKEVILLE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 97-16
WHEREAS, on Apri121, 1997, the City of Lakeville authorized preparation of plans and
specifications for CSAH 70 utility extensions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville approved final plans and specifications on May 19,
1997 and set a bid date for June 10, 1997; and
• WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has taken sealed bids on June 10, 1997, for the CSAH
70 utility extensions, City Improvement Project 97-2; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid was from Widmer, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all
of the bid requirements, Widmer, Inc., with a base bid of $123,238.30.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1997.
