Home My WebLink About97-058 • CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE March 17, 1997 RESOLUTION NO. 97-58 MOTION BY Sindt SECONDED BY Mulvihill RESOLUTION APPROVING REGISTERED LAND SURVEY WHEREAS, City staff is requesting approval of the attached registered land survey; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the attached registered land survey at their March 6, 1997 regular meeting; and WHEREAS, the attached registered land survey is acceptable to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: • 1. The attached registered land survey is hereby approved. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the replacement quit claim deed, the replacement grant of permanent easement, the replacement street vacation resolution, and the replacement resolution accepting land donation. 3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1997.
