RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1997-SCHEDULE OF FEES
NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the following schedule of fees is hereby amended,
approved and adopted effective March 3, 1997.
I. LICENSES
A. Rubbish Hauling $ 50.00

A. Building Permits
As recommended by Table 1-A of the 1994 Uniform Building

Requirement: Master License Number, $2,000 License Bond and current
Certificate of Liability Insurance to be filed with City. NOTE: State
Department of Health Bond and Insurance Certificate satisfy this
requirement.

cash disbursement agreement.
