RESOLUTION FOR TRAIL EASEMENT VACATION
• WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded
by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following described trail
easement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate the trail easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following trail easement is hereby vacated:
(see Exhibit A)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1997.

Exhibit A
Trailway Easement Descri8tion:
A 10.00 foot permanent easement for trailway purposes over,
under, and across that part of Lots 4, 5, 20, and 21, Block 4,
GREENWOOD ESTATES, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof, lying 5.00 feet on each side, and their
extensions, of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 20; thence
on an assumed bearing of North 59°40'40" West, along the
• common lot line of said Lots 20 and 21, a distance of 125.79
feet; thence South 81°35'00" West a distance of 65.50 feet;
thence South 88°18'00" West a distance of 80.50 feet; thence
North 44°40'00" West a distance of 155.90 feet, to the
common lot line of said Lots 4 and 5; thence North 23°10'51"
West along said common lot line, a distance of 134.88 feet
to the most westerly lot corner of said Lot 4 and there
terminating.
