RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
• QUAIL MEADOWS
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Quail Meadows has requested
final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the final plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission, the
Environmental Affairs Committee, anal the Parks and Recreation Committee; and
WHEREAS., the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The final plat of is hereby approved subject to the developer's execution of
the development contract and bond requirements.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the development
contract and the temporary turnaround easement agreement.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1997.
