RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1996
CABLE TV FUND BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, that the following
Cable TV Fund Budget is hereby approved and amended for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1996.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to prepare a Use
Agreement between the City of Lakeville and Marcus Cable concerning the donated public access
equipment.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City staff is hereby authorized to solicit quotes for the
sale of equipment as shown on the attached schedule A and sold to the highest bidder.
APPROVED AND AMENDED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, this 19th
day of August, 1996.
