agenda, please step forward to be recognized by the Mayor during the ?Citizens? Comments? item on the agenda. Please
state your name and address for the record. All comments are appreciated. A copy of all printed material relating to the
agenda items is available for public inspection at the City Clerk?s desk.

Center Board meetings.
d. Resolution accepting donation from Lakeville VFW Post 210 to the
DARE Program.
e. Resolution accepting donation from the Ladies Auxiliary to VFW
Post 210 to the DARE Program.
f. Outdoor entertainment permit for Downtown Lakeville Business
Association to host live entertainment at Pioneer Plaza on July 25,
August 29, September 26 and October 10.
g. Special home occupation permit extension to allow the continued

operation of a photography studio at 9965-208 Street West until
August 7, 2004.
h. Resolution accepting donation from Run-N-Fun to the Parks &
Recreation Department.
i. Final acceptance of utility and street improvements, Cherry
Highlands Third.
j. Ingress and Egress Easement Agreement with Jeffrey A. Belzer,
Improvement Project 97-9.
8. Consideration of a resolution amending the keg registration policy at the
Lakeville Liquor Stores.
