RESOLUTION FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
VACATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described streets and drainage and utility easements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate the streets and drainage and utility easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following streets and drainage and utility easements are hereby
vacated:
(see Exhibit A)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1996.

EXHIBIT "A" -
Description for the vacation of part of 213th Street West in Airlake
Industrial Park Second Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to
the recorded plat thereof.
All that part of 213th Street West in Airlake Industrial Park Second Addition,
Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying
easterly of a line described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, of said Airlake Industrial
Park Second Addition; thence North, assumed bearing, on the west line of said
Lot 4 a distance of 128.18 feet; thence northerly on the westerly line of said
Lot 4 on a tangential curve, concave to the east, having a radius of 163.62 feet,
a central angle of 12 degrees 31 minutes 38 seconds, a distance of 35.77 feet
to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North
21 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of 93.20 feet to a point on
the southerly line of Lot 14, Block 4, of said Airlake Industrial Park Second
Addition, distant 158.20 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said Lot I4,
as measured on the southerly line of said Lot 14, and there terminating.
Description for vacation of drainage and utility easements across Lot 1,
Block 1, Grist Mill Addition,Dakota County, 'Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof:
The 100 foot wide drainage and utility easement across Lot 1, Block 1,
except the east i0 feet thereof, in Grist riill Addition,
Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement adjoining the west line of
said Lot 1, except the north 10 feet thereof.
The 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement adjoining the east Iine of
the west 297.00 feet of said Lot 1 lying south of the north 191.28 feet
of the west 297.00 feet of said Lot 1 and lying north of the south 10 feet
of said Lot 1.
Description for vacation of drainage and utility easement across Lot 2,
Block 1, Grist Mill Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof:
The 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement adjoining the south line of
Lnt 2, Block 1, except the east 10 feet thereof, in Grist Mill Addition,
Dakota County, :Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement adjoining the west line of
Lot 2, Block 1, Grist Mill Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
Description for the vacation of part of Hayes Avenue in Airlake Industrial
Park Second Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded
plat therof
All that art of Ha es Avenue in Airlake Industrial Park Second Addition
