HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-050 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE April 1, 1996 RESOLUTION NO. 96 50 MOTION BY sindt SECONDED BY Mulvihill RESOLUTION FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following described streets and drainage and utility easements, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate the streets and drainage and utility easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following streets and drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated: (see Exhibit A) 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1996.
