RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville received an application from Lakeville VFW
Post 210, 8790 Upper 208th Street, for pull tabs and tip boards; and
WHEREAS, the Lakeville Police Department has reviewed the application and
run appropriate checks on the organization and applicant, and found all parties clear of
any concerns relating to the issuance of a gambling permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
• Lakeville grants approval to Lakeville VFW Post 210 to sell pull tabs and tip boards for
the period of July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1998.
