HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-232 S- i.:f CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date December 18, 1996 Resolution No. 96-232 Motion by Johnson Seconded by Holberg RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 95-262 DESIGNATING EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (FLSA) WHEREAS, the City is required to comply with the United States Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and WHEREAS, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. have submitted an opinion on the position of City Clerk, declaring said position as exempt; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the position of City Clerk be added to the City positions designated as exempt. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that ® the attached schedule of all positions that have been designated as exempt be amended to add the position of City Clerk.
