RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
COUNTRY CREEK ESTATES
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Country Creek Estates has
requested final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the final plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission, the
Environmental Affairs Committee and the Parks and Recreation Committee; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The final plat of Country Creek Estates is hereby approved subject to the
• developer's execution of the development contract and bond requirements.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the development
contract.
3. The Lakeville Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to include the final
plat of Country Creek Estates in the Year 2000 Urban Service Area.
4. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1995.
