RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR DOWNTOWN SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN,
STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY OF LAKEVII.LE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 94-1
WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 6, 1995, fixed a date for public hearing on
sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street improvements for downtown, Improvement
Project 94-1; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given, and the hearing was held on the 6th day of March, 1995, at which
time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
1. The project is hereby ordered as outlined in the feasibility report for Project 94-1,
prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. dated February of 1995.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. and Dakota County Highway
Department are hereby authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1995.
