RESOLUTION FOR EASEMENT VACATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded
by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following described
drainage and utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate the drainage and utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
• 1. The following drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated:
(see Exhibit A)
2. Wood posts identifying the new drainage and utility easement
boundaries shall be installed by the applicant along the side property lines of
Lots 1-7, Block 3, Homestead Creek East 2nd Addition.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1995.
