RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
STOP SIGNS ON
PRIVATE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, it is necessary to keep an inventory and authorization for private stop
signs updated on an annual basis, and
WHEREAS, this Council authorization is necessary for enforcement of private stop
signs per City Ordinance 6-1-10-5 adopted August 21, 1995,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE !T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that
private stop signs are authorized as listed on the attached private stop sign master
inventory dated October 31, 1995 and that this Master Inventory and authorization
supercedes all previous authorizations.
ADOPTED 6th day of November , 1995, by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville.
