RESOLUTION FOR STREET AND EASEMENT VACATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacation the following
described street rights-of-way and drainage and utility easement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate the street rights-of--way and the drainage and utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
• 1. The following street rights-of-way and drainage and utility easement are
hereby vacated:
(see Exhibit A)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1995.

STREETS TO BE VACATED
The South 1/2 of Canal Street, lying west of the northerly extension of the west line of Lot 8,
Block 14, LYNDALE LAKES CLUB 2ND ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota and east of
the northerly extension of the centerline of Short Street.
Willow Lane, lying west of the southerly extension of the west line of Lot 8, Block 14,
LYNDALE LAKES CLUB 2ND ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota and east of the
southerly extension of the centerline of Short Street.
The East 1/2 of Short Street, lying between the westerly extensions of the north and south
lines of Lot 10, Block 14, LYNDALE LAKES CLUB 2ND ADDITION, Dakota County,
Minnesota.
EASEMENT TO BE VACATED
• The West 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, LAKE VILLA GOLF ESTATES 6TH ADDITION, except
the North 15 feet thereof and the South 5 feet thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota.
