RESOLUTION FOR EASEMENT VACATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
..preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described drainage, ponding, street, and utility easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate the drainage, ponding, street, and utility easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council
• 1. The following drainage, ponding, street, and utility easements are hereby
vacated:
(see Exhibit A)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1994.

The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range. 20,
Dakota County, Minnesota, except the north 800.00 feet of the west 325.00 feet.
Which lies within the following described perpetual easement for street, drainage and
utility purposes:
The south. 7.0 feet of the north 40.0 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota except the
south 15.0 feet of the north 49.0 feet of the enst 20.0 feet of the west 30.0 feet of
said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter..
Which lies within the following described perpetual easement for drainage purposes:
A strip of land 20.0 feet in width in that part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota the
centerline of said strip described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of
said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence east along the north line of
said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 902.11 feet; thence
south deflecxingg,,9.O,degr~e~s figqht, a distance of 40.0 feet to the actual point of

described course, a distance of 20.0 feet and there terminating..
And which lies within the following described temporary construction easement for
street and drainage (purposes, to expire) two years from. the date of acquisition.

Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 6, Township 114 North, .Range 20 West; thence South 89
degrees 47 minutes 51 seconds West along the south line of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 130.05 feet to intersection of
said south line and the centerline of Jacquar Avenue, said intersection point is
the point of beginning of the centerline of said 40.00 foot perpetual easement
_ and said 80.00 foot temporary construction easement; thence North 16 degrees 57

continuing along said centerline northwesterly a distance of 295.67 feet along a

tangent to the Last described curve a distance of 160.00 feet to the north line

The side lines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on
