HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-120 :Y • CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE June 6, 1994 RESOLUTION NO. 94-120 MOTION BY xarvey SECONDED BY .Mulvihill RESOLUTION FOR EASEMENT VACATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, ..preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following described drainage, ponding, street, and utility easements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate the drainage, ponding, street, and utility easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council • 1. The following drainage, ponding, street, and utility easements are hereby vacated: (see Exhibit A) 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1994.
