HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-087 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE May 2, 1994 RESOLUTION NO. 94-87 MOTION BY Harvey SECONDED BY Mulvihill RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO REMOVE WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING ROADS AS INDICATED WHEREAS, severe winter and spring weather conditions made certain City streets subject to damage from heavy traffic beyond the capability of the streets to withstand damage; and WHEREAS, weight restrictions have accomplished their goal in preventing severe damage or possible complete destruction.
