RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO REMOVE WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON THE
FOLLOWING ROADS AS INDICATED
WHEREAS, severe winter and spring weather conditions made certain City streets
subject to damage from heavy traffic beyond the capability of the streets to withstand
damage; and
WHEREAS, weight restrictions have accomplished their goal in preventing severe damage
or possible complete destruction.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that weight restrictions are authorized to be
removed on these streets effective May 2, 1994:
5 Ton Axle Weight Kenyon Avenue north of 185th Street to 179th Street
5 Ton Axle Weight 179th Street From Kenyon Avenue to the West
5 Ton Axle Weight 181st Street east of Kenrick Avenue
5 Ton Axle Weight Orchard Trail from 185th Street to State Highway 50
7 Ton Axle Weight Judicial Road north of 185th Street to Layton Path
• 7 Ton Axle Weight 185th Street From I-35 to the Scott County border
7 Ton Axle Weight 165th Street from Kenrick Avenue to Ipava Avenue
7 Ton Axle Weight 167th Street from Kenrick Avenue to Javelin Avenue
7 Ton Axle Weight 170th Street from Kenrick Avenue to Jonquil Avenue
7 Ton Axle Weight 175th Street from State Highway 50 to Highview Avenue
7 Ton Axle Weight Ipava Avenue from County Road 46 to 175th Street
7 Ton Axle Weight Interlachen Boulevard from County Road 46 to Crystal Hills Drive
