RESOLUTION FOR EASEMENT VACATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by
two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following described
drainage and utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate the drainage and utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated:
(see Exhibit A)
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with
the Dakota County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 21st day of March, 1994.

Exhibit A
A strip of land 5.00 feet in width, over, under, and across, Lot 7, Block 4, MARION
VII.LAGE, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof. The
southerly, easterly, and southeasterly line of said strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 7; thence North 89
degrees 45 minutes 54 seconds West, along southerly line of said Lot
7, a distance of 180.20 feet; thence South 00 degrees 14 minutes 06
seconds West, along the easterly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 11.08
feet; thence South 52 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West, along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 78.81 feet, and there
terminating.
Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from the northeasterly line of said Lot
7, to a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet northeasterly of the southwesterly line
of said Lot 7.
Together with a strip of land 5.00 feet in width, over, under, and across Outlot B,
said MARION VILLAGE. The northwesterly line of said strip is described as
follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Outlot B; thence South
52 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West, along the northwesterly line of
said Outlot B, a distance of 78.81 feet and there terminating.
Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from the easterly line of said Outlot B
to a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet northeasterly of the southwesterly line
of said Outlot B.
