RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council, the
Utility Billing Clerk has prepared a proposed assessment roll for
delinquent water and sewer bills, to be collected with the real
estate taxes payable in 1995, together with a $25.00 service charge
and 12% annual interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lakeville, Minnesota:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 4th day of April, 1994, at
the Lakeville Council Chambers, 20195 Holyoke Avenue, at 7:00.
p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment, and, at such time and
place, all persons affected shall be heard with reference to the
proposed assessment.
• 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing. She
shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each
parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks
prior to the hearing.
