HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-029 • CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION Date February 7, 1994 Resolution 94-29 Motion By Mulvihill Seconded By Sindt RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF AND CITY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH ACO.UISITION OF REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS FOR THE WINSOR PLAZA EXPANSION SITE WHEREAS, in connection with the proposed 1994 expansion of the Winsor Plaza senior housing facility by the Dakota County HRA, certain interests in real property must be acquired to facilitate said expansion; and WHEREAS, the property to be acquired is legally described on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on the drawing attached hereto. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville: City staff and the City Attorney are authorized to acquire the real property interests described on Exhibit "A" for the expansion of the Winsor Plaza senior housing facility, including the acquisition of said property under the quick take provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 117.
