RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF AND CITY ATTORNEY
TO PROCEED WITH ACO.UISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
INTERESTS FOR THE WINSOR PLAZA EXPANSION SITE
WHEREAS, in connection with the proposed 1994 expansion of the Winsor Plaza
senior housing facility by the Dakota County HRA, certain interests in real property must be
acquired to facilitate said expansion; and
WHEREAS, the property to be acquired is legally described on the attached Exhibit "A"
and shown on the drawing attached hereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville:
City staff and the City Attorney are authorized to acquire the real property interests
described on Exhibit "A" for the expansion of the Winsor Plaza senior housing facility,
including the acquisition of said property under the quick take provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 117.
ADOPTED this 7th day of February 1994, by the City Council of the City
of Lakeville.

RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT ACQUISITION
An easement for public right-of-way purposes over, under, and across the following
described property:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and all that
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29,
Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the
Government Survey thereof described as follows: Commencing at the
southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 29; thence North, assumed bearing, on the east line of the said
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1101.67 feet to the
southerly line of Spruce Street, now called 208th Street, according to the plat
of FAIRFIELD on file and of record in the County Recorder's office in and for
Dakota County, Minnesota; thence North 73~ 52' 24" West on the southerly
line of said Spruce Street a distance of 41.64 feet to the west line of Main
Street, now called Holyoke Avenue, according to the said plat of FAIRFIELD;
thence continue North 73~ 52' 24" West on the southerly line of said Spruce

07' 36" East 17.35 feet; thence northeasterly and easterly 119.07 feet along
a tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 80.00 feet and
a central angle of 85~ 16' 44"; thence easterly and northeasterly 15.35 feet
along a reverse curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 15.00 feet
and a central angle of 58~ 38' 30"; thence northeasterly 50 feet along a
reverse curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 105.00 feet to the
