RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 90-44
DESIGNATING EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (FLSA)
WHEREAS, the City is required to comply with the.
United States Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and
WHEREAS, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. have submitted an
opinion on the position of Environmental Engineer, declaring
said position as exempt;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lakeville that the position of Environmental.
Engineer be added to the City positions designated as exempt.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville that the attached schedule of all positions
that have been designated as exempt be amended to add the
position of Environmental Engineer.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Lakeville this 3rd day of January, 1994.
