Home My WebLink About94-251 • CITY OF LAKEVII.LE RESOLUTION .Date December 5, 1994 Resolution No. 94-251 Motion by Harvey Seconded by Mulvihill RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT TO REFINE THE MUSA MAP WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has requested approval of a minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to refine the MUSA map from I)igiCAD software to an AutoCAD GIS system and submittal to the Metropolitan Council; and WHEREAS, the minor Comprehensive Plan amendment was reviewed by the Planning Commission following a public hearing; and WHEREAS, the minor Comprehensive Plan amendment is acceptable to the City. • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The minor Comprehensive Plan amendment to refine the MUSA map is hereby approved subject to submittal to the Metropolitan Council.
