RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE NON-EXEMPT
LIQUOR STORES' POSITION SALARY STRUCTURE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the following non-exempt liquor store
positions are set forth and amended effective January 1, 1994.
A. WAGE STRUCTURE -FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES
• A-1. Full-time employees may advance to the next 2080 hour step upon completion of
each employment anniversary date.

C. PAY GRADE ADJUSTMENTS
C-l. Employees who's positions were evaluated and who's Point Factor Values were
adjusted, thereby resulting in a corresponding increase in their pay grade as
established by EPEC at the October 20, 1994 meeting. will receive the additional
compensation effective October 24. 1994
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville this
21st day of November, 1994.
