WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate this drainage and utility easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated: (SEE ATTACHED) 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder. ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 7th day of November, 1994.
