CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE April 5, 1993 RESOLUTION NO. 93-51 MOTION BY Ruhmann SECONDED BY Mulvihill RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION WHEREAS, the Lakeville Education Association has offered to donate $50 to the City of Lakeville; and WHEREAS, the $50 will be extremely useful to the City of Lakeville's DARE Program; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the $50 donation by the Lakeville Education Association is hereby accepted; and • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks the Lakeville Education Association for its donation.
