RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
APPROVING MINOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT dND
SETTING BID DATE FOR
195TH STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 92-10
WHEREAS, on August 3, 1992, the City Council authorized the preparation of
plans and specifications for sanitary sewer improvements along 195th Street West, east
of Holyoke Avenue, Improvement Project 92-10; and
WHEREAS, the Lakeville Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to include. the
project area along 195th Street West, Holyoke Avenue and Highview Avenue, into the Year
2000 Urban Service Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
1. The plans and specifications for .Project 92-10, sanitary sewer
improvements along 195th Street West, east of Holyoke Avenue, are hereby approved
2. Bids shall be advertised for as requested by law and opened on Tuesday,
March 2,1993, at 1:30 p.m. at Lakeville City Hall.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1993.
