RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 90-44
DESIGNATING EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (ELBA)
WHEREAS, the City is required to comply with the
United States Fair Labor Standards Act (ELBA); and
WHEREAS, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. have submitted an
opinion on the position of Police Lieutenant, declaring said
position as exempt;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lakeville that the position of Police Lieutenant be
added to the City positions designated as exempt.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville that the attached schedule of all positions
that are designated as exempt pursuant to Resolution 90-44 and
92-44 and this resolution be adopted.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Lakeville this 15th day of November, 1993.
