RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND SETTING BID DATE FOR
STREET INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
JACQUARD AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD 64
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 93-4
WHEREAS, on August 16, 1993, the City Council authorized the preparation of plans
and specifications for street improvements to Jacquard Avenue and County Road 64 to
facilitate the construction and improve the access to the proposed new elementary school,
Improvement Project 93-4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
1. The plans and specifications for Project 93-4, street improvements to
Jacquard Avenue and County Road 64 are hereby approved.
2. Bids shall be advertised for as requested by law and opened on Tuesday,
September 28, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeville City Hall.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1993.
