HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-222 t CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION Date: December 21, 1992 Resolution No. 92-222 Motion By: :arvey Seconded By: Mulvihill RESOLUTION AIITHORIZING ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lakeville has determined that it is necessary and for a public use. and purpose to acquire the easements described on the attached Exhibit "A" in conjunction with City Project 91-4 (Trunk Highway 50 Reconstruction Project). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to effect negotiations to acquire the easements as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" and/or, if necessary, institute condemnation proceedings and to do all things necessary and incidental thereto to acquire the easements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 117 under the "quick take" provisions of the Statute. Zaun Mayor AND Charlene Friedges, C rk 1667 i G EXHIBIT "A" Leal Description of Easements to be Ac~uired• A perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under, and across that part of Outlot B, MARION PINES, according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as being a strip of land 24.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip is described as follows: Commencing at the most easterly comer of said Outlot B; thence on an assumed bearing of .North 50°44'59" West along the northerly line of said Outlot B, a distance of 5.00 feet to the point of be$znning of the centerline to be described; thence South 39°15'06' West a distance of 20.70 feet; thence North 70°08'37" West a distance of 111.59 feet; thence South 16°35'01" West a distance o 161x59 feet; thence South 58°39'1 D" East a distance of 83.54 ~et and said centerline there terminating. The side tines of said easement are to be lengthened or shortened to terminate at the north and east line of said Outlot B. Together with a strip of land 100.00 feet in width for a temporary construction easement over, under, and across that part of said Outlot B, the centerline of said strip is the centerline of the above described perpetual easement. And a perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under, and across Lots 1 and 2, Block M, Lenihan's Lots Antlers Park.
