HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-021 ~ •t; CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date February 3, 1992 Resolution No. 92-21 Motion by Mulvihill Seconded by sindt RESOLUTION FOR STREET VACATION .WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two weeks .published notice, to consider vacating the following described streets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate these streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following street rights of way are hereby vacated: See Attached Description • 2. Be it further resolved that the City Council consents to a Proceeding Subsequent for any or all of the above described property resulting from this vacation. 3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder. ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 3rd day of February, 1992. That part of Forest Glen Avenue (also known as 169th Avenue), according to the record - plat of LIBERTY HEIGHTS, lying westerly of the west line of said Judicial Road according to the LAKEVILLE RIGHT OF WAY MAP NO. 1 and lying easterly of the west line of Government Lot 4.
