~ •t; CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date February 3, 1992 Resolution No. 92-21 Motion by Mulvihill Seconded by sindt RESOLUTION FOR STREET VACATION .WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two weeks .published notice, to consider vacating the following described streets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate these streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following street rights of way are hereby vacated: See Attached Description • 2. Be it further resolved that the City Council consents to a Proceeding Subsequent for any or all of the above described property resulting from this vacation. 3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder. ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 3rd day of February, 1992.
