HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-104 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date August:. 5, 1991 Resolution No. 91-104 Motion by sindt Seconded by Mulvihill RESOLUTION FOR STREET VACATION WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following described streets; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate the streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following street right of way in Liberty Heights and Lyndale Lakes Club 1st Addition are hereby vacated: That part of the west half of Judicial Road according to the record plats of Liberty Heights and Lyndale Lakes Club 1st addition which lies southwesterly of the southeasterly extension of the centerline of Wright Boulevard (now known as Linch Path) in said plat of Liberty Heights, and which lies northerly of the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 2, in said plat of Lyndale Lakes Club 1st Addition. That part of Judicial Road according to the record plats of Liberty Heights and L dale Lakes Club 1st Addition which lies southerly of the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 6, Block 2 in said plat of Lyndale Lakes Club 1st Addition. That part of Lakeside Boulevard (now known as 175th Street) according to the record plat of Lyndale Lakes Club 1st Addition which lies westerly of the southerly extension of the easterly line of Block 2 in said Lyndale Lakes Club 1st Addition. That part of the west half of Wright Boulevard (now known as Linch Path) according to the record plat of Liberty heights which lies southerly of the easterly extension of the northerly line of Outlot H in said Liberty Heights. Subject to the rights of the public to lands embraced within the boundaries of Lakeville Right-of-Way Map No. 1, according to the map on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Dakota County, Minnesota. All within the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota. r ~ _ ~_sa • - 2. Be it further resolved that the City Council consents to a Proceeding Subsequent for any or all of the above described property resulting from this vacation. 3.
