Home My WebLink About91-092 • CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION Date July 15, 1991 Resolution No. 91-92 Motion By Harvey Seconded By Mulvihill RESOLUTION WHEREAS, public improvement project 89-9 has rerouted a segment of Judicial Road; and WHEREAS, as a result of the rerouting of Judicial Road certain street addresses are inconsistent with the County's uniform addressing system; and WHEREAS, this inconsistency would make it difficult to find these addresses and could increase the response time by emergency vehicles. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville: Dakota County is requested to review the addresses on the rerouted segment of Judicial Road and to assign new addresses as necessary to achieve consistency with the County's uniform addressing system.
