a. Ordinance rezoning property in the southeast corner of County Road 46
(162nd Street) and Kenrick Avenue from R-2, Single Family Residential
District, to B-4, General Business District.
b. Conditional use permit to allow the construction of a convenience store,
gas station and car wash.
9. Resolution giving preliminary approval to the issuance of Revenue Bonds. on
behalf of Photran Corporation, 21875 Grenada Avenue.
10. Resolution receiving feasibility report and authorizing preparation of plans and
specifications for Lift Station No. 7, Improvement Project 95-10.
