RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
ROLLING OAKS SOUTH PLAT FIVE
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Rolling Oaks South
Plat Five has requested final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was reviewed by the Parks and
Recreation Committee, Natural Resources Committee and Planning
Commission and was approved by the City Council following a public
hearing by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
. 1. The plat of Rolling Oaks South Plat Five is hereby approved,
subject to the developer's execution of the development
contract and bond requirements.
2. The Lakeville Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to
include the plat of Rolling Oaks South Plat Five into the
Year 2000 Urban Service Area.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of the
resolution with the Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota, this 16th day of September 1991.
