RESOLDTION FOR STREET VACATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two week published and posted notice, to consider
vacating the following described streets and easements;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the
public interest to vacate the streets and easements;
WHEREAS, Grist Mill Company wishes to begin work as soon as
• possible on the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lakeville:
1. The streets and easements described on the attached Exhibit
"A" are hereby vacated contingent upon:
a. The filing of security for construction of a cul-de-sac
on Hayes Avenue acceptable to the City Engineer.
b. The filing of security for drainage improvements is
acceptable to the City Engineer.
c. Proposed easements acceptable to the City Engineer and
City Attorney being filed with the Dakota County
Recorder, including a perpetual easement for public
drainage and utility purposes over Outlot A, said plat
of Airlake Industrial Park Second Addition.
d. A site plan acceptable to the City Engineer and Building
Official.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this
Resolution with the County Auditor and County Recorder.

ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1990, by the City Council of
the City of Lakeville.

Also vacating .all .drainage. and utility easements across
Lots 1S and 16, Block 4, AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND
ADDITION according to said plat on, file and.. of reco_d in
the-office of the County Recorder, Dakota County tilinnesota
• excepting the 10.0.0 foot wide easement along the North
line of said Lots 15 and 16.
Also vacating all drainage and utility easements across
Outlot A, said AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION,
excepting the 1.0.0.0. foot wide easement along the ?`orth
line`of~said Outlot A.
Also vacating that part of Hayes Avenue as dedicated in
said plat of AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITIO~L, which
lies. northerly of the westerly extension of the south line
of Lot 4, Block 1, said AIRLAKE :INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOtiD
ADDITION.
Also vacating that part of 213th Street.V7est as dedicated -
in said plat of AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK, SECOND ADDIiI0:1;
which lies easterly of the northerly extension of a ine
