HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-145 s • CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA Date November 19, 1990 Resolution No. 90-145 Motion by_ Harvey Seconded By Sindt RESOLDTION FOR STREET VACATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two week published and posted notice, to consider vacating the following described streets and easements; WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate the streets and easements; WHEREAS, Grist Mill Company wishes to begin work as soon as • possible on the site. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville: 1. The streets and easements described on the attached Exhibit "A" are hereby vacated contingent upon: a. The filing of security for construction of a cul-de-sac on Hayes Avenue acceptable to the City Engineer. b. The filing of security for drainage improvements is acceptable to the City Engineer. c. Proposed easements acceptable to the City Engineer and City Attorney being filed with the Dakota County Recorder, including a perpetual easement for public drainage and utility purposes over Outlot A, said plat of Airlake Industrial Park Second Addition. d. A site plan acceptable to the City Engineer and Building Official. 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the County Auditor and County Recorder.
