RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE
OF CITY VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has taken sealed bids on May 2,
1990, for the sale of vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City is approving the sale of vehicles to the
highest responsible bidders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City approves the sale
of the following vehicles:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City approves the sale of
Vehicle #9 and Vehicle #10, 1980 Chevy Luv Trucks, to Viking Auto
Salvage for a total of $275, subject to receipt of written
confirmation that the vehicles will be used for parts only.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville this 7th day
of May, 1990.
