RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT .PROJECT 89-9,
JUDICIAL ROAD
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1989, the City Council ordered the
preparation of a feasibility report for proposed street and ..utility
improvements to Judicial Road from the westerly extension of Upper
167th Street West to 175th Street. West.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville Gity Council:
1. .The feasibility report for Project 89-9 is hereby approved.
2. A public-hearing is hereby called for April 16, 1990, at
7:00 p.m., at the council chambers, 20195 Holyoke Avenue.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1990.
