FOR .LAYOUT APPROVAL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 50 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part.of Trunk Highway 50 renumbered as Trunk Highway 50 .within the"corporate limits of the City of Lakeville; from 1500. feet. N.W. of 192nd Street to 1200 feet N.W. of Dadd Boulevard; and: seeks the approval thereof; and WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout #2, SP 1914-21 (50=50)'from 1500 feet N.W. of 192nd Street to 1200 feet N.W.-of Dodd Boulevard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within the corporate limits be and hereby are approved. :.APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of Oct©ber, 1989.
