Home My WebLink About89-095 " ~ • CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date July 5, 1989 Resolution No. 89-95 Motion by Harvey Seconded by Enright RESOLUTION REJECTING AUDIO VISUAL CONTRACT (BIDS) FOR CITY HALL WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has taken sealed bids on various contracts for Bid Package No. 2 for construction of a city hall; and WHEREAS, the City consultant has recommended (per attached letter) that it would be in the City's best interest to reject the contract (bids) from MTS Northwest Sound, Inc. and Blumberg Communications for • audio visual equipment and system installation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota, that the City reject the contract (bids) from MTS Northwest Sound, Inc. and Blumberg Communications for audio visual equipment and system installation in the city hall.
