moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-40
RESOLUTION CALLING A PIIBLIC HEARING BY THE
CITY UPON THE REQIIEST OF THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF LABEVII,LE ON THE PROPOSED
DESIGNATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A
REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND ESTABLISHMENT
OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DLSTRICT NO. 11
WITHIN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE
PROPOSED APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF A
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
Section 1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on Monday, April 17,
1989, at approximately 7:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers
• located at 8747 208th Street, Lakeville, Minnesota, on the proposed designation and
establishment of a redevelopment project and establishment of Tax Increment
Financing District No. 11 within the Redevelopment Project in and for the City of
Lakeville, Minnesota pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.001 to 469.047
and the proposed approval and adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating
thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections
469.174 to 469.179, inclusive,. as amended.
Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Plan. The City Clerk-
Administrator is authorised and directed to cause notice of the hearing,
substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be given as required by
law, to place a copy of the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the
Clerk-Administrator's Office at City Hall and to make such copy available for
inspection by the public prior to the public hearing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded.

following voted in favor thereof:

and the following voted against the same:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, on March 20, 1989.
