S.P. 19-623-14 WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 6, 1989, fixed a date for council hearing on the improvement of Cedar Avenue from Co. Rd. 46 to south of Dodd Road, Improvement Project 89-i. WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of February and continued on the bth day of March, 1989, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were .given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOtd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by .the Council of the. City of .Lakeville., Minnesota: 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as outlined in the Feasibility Report for Improvement Project 89-1, prepared by the City Engineer dated February 3, 1989. 2. The plans and specifications prepared by the Dakota County .Engineer for Project No. S.P. 19-623-14 showing proposed alignment profiles, .grades and cross-sections for the construction, reconstruction. or improvement of County, State-Aid Highway No. 23 with the limits of oy 5 C i the City as a (Federal) (State) Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City. 3.
