Home My WebLink About89-013 } CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date January 17, 1989 Resolution No. 89-13 Motion by Sindt Seconded by Enright RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 1989 PARK DEDICATION FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council has the responsibility to establish and maintain a system of parks for the benefit of the public; and WHEREAS, the Park Dedication Fund has been established to assist in acquiring and developing the parks system; and WHEREAS, the City Council believes it to be necessary and important to plan and prioritize the additions and improvements to the parks • system that are funded in full or in part from the Parks Dedication Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached 1989 Parks Dedication Fund Budget is hereby approved and adopted as the attached Exhibit "A" to this resolution. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1989.
